Welcome to Online Kids Madrasa. The following terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By enrolling in our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Free Trial Lessons

We offer free trial lessons to all our new students. The free trial lessons are intended to give you an idea of our services and the tutor’s teaching style. During the trial period, you will be able to access our services for a specified time without any charges. The free trial lessons are subject to availability and are limited to three per student. If you wish to continue after the free trial lesson, you must enroll in our paid services.

• Payment

You agree to pay the fees on a monthly bases for our services as stated on our website or as agreed upon with our team. Payment must be made in advance before the regular lessons commence after the free trial period. We accept various payment methods such as credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or other payment platforms. All payment details are processed securely.

• Refund Policy

We offer a refund policy for our paid services. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within one week of the first lesson. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request. After one week, no refunds will be provided. To request a refund, please send an email to our support team or contact us on our official Whatsapp, and we will review your request. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the service.

• Data Confidentiality

We take the privacy of our clients seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. All information that you provide to us will be treated confidentially and used only for the purposes of providing our services to you. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

• Lesson Schedule

You agree to the lesson schedule agreed upon with our team. In case of any changes in the schedule, we will notify you in advance. If you miss a lesson without providing at least 24 hours of notice, the lesson will be forfeited.

• Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including our teaching materials and online platform, are owned by Online Kids Madrasa. You may not use any of our intellectual property for any purpose without our express written consent.

• Code of Conduct

All students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully while using our services. Any client found to be engaging in abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will have their account terminated immediately.

• Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by providing at least one week’s notice. If you cancel within one week of the first lesson, you will be charged for the first lesson. If you cancel after one week, no refunds will be provided.

• Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate our services to you if you violate any of these terms and conditions or if you engage in any inappropriate behavior.

• Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any changes have been made, you are indicating your acceptance of the new terms and conditions
